Mrs. Sands’ academic achievements include an Associates of Arts Degree in Primary Education, Teacher’s Certification from the College of the Bahamas and The Joint Board of Teacher Education respectively, a Bachelor of Education from the University of the West Indies, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Sojourner Douglas College.
