In addition to being an animated storyteller, Mrs. Sands is also accomplished in many facets. Mrs. Sands’ academic achievements include an Associates of Arts Degree in Primary Education, Teacher’s Certification from the College of the Bahamas and The Joint Board of Teacher Education respectively, a Bachelor of Education from the University of the West Indies, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Sojourner Douglas College.
